This is an easy to use CRM system which is really helping me to stay organized. There are so many features, and more are being added all the time (I no longer have to pay separately somewhere else to send out e-signature contracts or have a separate place where I manage my accounts). I was going to say excellent customer service, but it's more than that - ESM has managed to build a community feel around this system- they are always on hand to help and there there are thousands of other studio managers in the ESM community, ready to share their best practices.
As one of the newest studio managers on the market, it's off to a solid start. I've used them all from Honeybooks to studio ninja. This system focuses on the core needs instead of the complex parts of a CRM that tend to drive us nuts. Oh did I mention, it's basically a STEAL compared to the others on the market.

We do require a card on file but you are more than welcome to cancel anytime prior to your trial being over and never have to pay a single penny. Our cancellation policy is pretty simple. We don’t believe in locking someone into a contract so at no point are you signing a contract with us. You can cancel your account at anytime and we have tried our best to make the process as simple as possible.
We offer refunds for annual subscriptions, and the refund must be requested within 14 days after the renewal date. We don’t give refunds for monthly subscriptions or requests that arrive 15 days or later from the renewal date. We always send out a subscription renewal notification 7 days prior to you being charged, which gives you plenty of time to submit a refund request if need be.
